Paneer butter masala made with rich cream gravy is a special paneer dish that you can prepare for a party or special guest. You can make it in many ways.
Cut tomatoes, green chilies and ginger into big pieces and put them in a jar. And grind it to make a fine paste.
Heat oil and butter together in a pan on medium heat. Add bay leaf and onion paste and fry it till light brown.
Add green chili and red chili powder. Add tomato puree and fry till oil starts leaving. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder.
Put salt. Cook it by mixing well with a spoon till the oil comes to the surface. Add paneer pieces and kasoori methi and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
Add cream. Now take out the prepared Punjabi Paneer Butter Masala in a serving bowl and garnish it with cream or butter.
