Paneer Tikka Dry is one of the most delicious paneer recipes. It can be made in many ways. In this recipe, we will teach you how to make Paneer Tikka Dry on Tawa with step by step photos.

To make the marinade, beat the curd in a large bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.

Add paneer capsicum and onion to the prepared marinade and mix it lightly. Keep this mixture for an hour.

Put capsicum, onion, paneer and green capsicum on the skewer in the same order. Heat 11/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick tava (griddle) on a medium flame.
