Tomato soup is usually seen in weddings or parties. Many people also include tomato soup in their regular diet in view of health.

To make tomato soup, take tomatoes and wash them thoroughly and cut them into big pieces. Now put two cups of water in a vessel and keep it to heat on low flame.

Add chopped tomatoes to it. Boil it till the tomatoes are cooked. Now take out the tomatoes and peel them off. Now grind the tomatoes.

Strain the pulp of the ground tomato through a large sieve and separate its seeds. If the soup seems thick, then dilute it by adding water as needed.

Then put it to boil on the gas on medium flame. Add butter, black salt, sugar, black pepper powder and salt to taste and cook for 6-7 minutes.

After that turn off the gas. Your Tasty and Healthy Tomato Soup is ready. Add bread cubes to it and serve.
