In summer, whether it is cold ice cream or Kulfi, it works to cool and refresh both the body and mind. But diabetics do not eat kulfi because of its sweetness.
If you also have diabetes and think many times before eating sweets, then without hesitation try this sugar free chocolate kulfi.
To begin making Sugar-Free Chocolate Kulfi, first boil milk in a deep non-stick pan, add ground green cardamom and cook till the milk reduces to half.
After this, add crushed cashews, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder to the boiling milk and cook on low flame for 20 minutes, mixing well.
Now add sweetener and cashew paste and mix well. Add grated chocolate, remove the pan from the flame and keep it to cool down.
Pour this mixture into the kulfi mold and keep it in the freezer to set for six to eight hours. After the stipulated time, enjoy the kulfi by unmolding it.
Due to the low amount of sugar in this kulfi, diabetic patients can consume it in limited quantity with caution.
