1.5 year old girl dies after rape, accused escaping from custody shot by police

A shocking case has come to light in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a 30 year old man raped a one and a half year old innocent. The villagers caught and beat up the accused. The police arrested the accused, but when the police was taking the accused to the magistrate, he tried to escape. During this, the police opened fire, in which the accused was injured due to bullet injuries. Here the sad news is that the innocent girl died during treatment.

This case is of Nanpara Kotwali police station area of ​​Bahraich. While sleeping in the house here, 30-year-old Parashuram picked up a one and a half year old innocent at midnight. After picking up the girl, he took her with him to the primary school in the village, where he raped the innocent girl. The villagers saw him, after which he beat him fiercely.

Based on the complaint of the victim's father, the police registered an FIR against the accused and arrested him. On the other hand, the girl died during the treatment. According to Inspector Sanjay Singh of Kotwali Nanpara, when the accused was being taken for remand before the magistrate, the accused tried to escape to avoid arrest, during which the accused was injured in police firing. He has been taken to Nanpara Community Health Center for treatment.

SP Sujata Singh inspected the spot and consoled the families of the victims. The deceased girl has been sent for post-mortem. According to Additional Superintendent of Police Rural Ashok Sharma, action will also be taken in this matter under NSA.
