6 people who created ruckus in support of Shrikant Tyagi in omaxe got bail

In Noida, the bail of 6 accused who created a ruckus inside the Omaxe Society in support of Shrikant Tyagi, who committed indecency with a woman, has been approved. All these accused had created a ruckus in the society on August 8. After which the police arrested them and sent them to jail.

In fact, the Noida Police had arrested six people for misbehaving and threatening the victim woman in support of Shrikant Tyagi, accused of indecency with a woman. All these accused are residents of Ghaziabad. Some of the accomplices of the arrested persons had fled from the spot. More than 10 people including Lokendra Tyagi, Rahul Tyagi, Ravi Pandit, Prince Tyagi, Nitin Tyagi, Churchill Rana had reached the house of the victim woman living in a society located in Sector 93-B on Sunday night. These people had misbehaved with the woman who filed the case against Shrikant Tyagi and threatened her.

District court granted bail

Police reached the spot and arrested six people. A case was registered against all of them. On August 9, the police sent all of them to jail. Now the district court has granted bail to all these six people - Pris Tyagi, Nitin Tyagi, Lokendra Tyagi, Rahul Tyagi, Ravi Pandit and Churchill.

Srikant Tyagi had a dispute with the woman

It is worth mentioning that the woman had objected to the planting of some trees by Shrikant Tyagi citing violation of rules in the residential society in Sector-93B, after which Tyagi allegedly abused the woman and also pushed her. A video of the incident had gone viral on social media. Cases are already registered against the accused Shrikant Tyagi under various sections including attempt to murder. He came into the limelight after a threat from Pakistan's number about 10 years ago.
