China was helping Pakistan in making ballistic missiles

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said on Friday that these companies have been found to have engaged in activities or transactions that have materially contributed to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery. China was directly helping Pakistan in its ballistic missile programs through these companies. The US Intelligence Department had kept an eye on this activity of China.
