Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha: There was a lot of uproar in the House over Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie calling Speaker Vasudev Devnan Dhritarashtra. Due to the uproar, the Speaker adjourned the proceedings of the Assembly for an hour. In fact, as soon as the proceedings of Zero Hour started today, the Leader of Opposition raised the issue of uproar during the reply to the grant demands yesterday and the conduct of the ministers. He said that the way the ministers behaved yesterday, they spoke unparliamentary words, they were not removed from the proceedings. That is why it became necessary to go out and speak.

Julie said that Chairman, your inclination should be towards the opposition, but we see that your inclination is towards the ruling party. On this Speaker Vasudev Devnani said that will you call the chair Dhritarashtra. You called me Dhritarashtra, such a comment against the chair is shameful. An apology should be made for this.

Earlier in the Question Hour, when Cooperation Minister Gautam Dak started praising the PM and the Chief Minister in response to the question, the opposition created a lot of uproar. Congress MLA Govind Singh Dotasara interrupted the minister and said, since when are you using Modiji, Bhajanlal ji, answer the question.

Tikaram Julie apologized for calling me Dhritarashtra

The Leader of Opposition said that there is no harm in apologizing.

The Speaker said that the Leader of Opposition should control his leaders. I cooperate with everyone, but if you still make allegations, then keep doing so, I deny all these allegations.

Julie told the Speaker - If needed, we will also bring a no-confidence motion

When the Speaker challenged him to bring a no-confidence motion, there was a tussle between the two.

The Leader of Opposition said that as far as the no-confidence motion is concerned, if needed, we will bring that too. There was an uproar over this.

Many ministers and BJP MLAs stood up and objected, the ministers said that when we were also in the opposition, we have seen how we were discriminated against.

Dotasara said- No one is removing you from the post of minister

Congress MLAs created a ruckus in the assembly after being angry with the minister's answer on the question related to not giving the increased money of Kisan Samman Nidhi.

Responding to the question of Congress MLA Manish Yadav, Cooperation Minister Gautam Dak started praising PM Modi and CM Bhajanlal Sharma.

The minister said that we thank PM Modi and CM who announced to increase the Kisan Samman Nidhi. We will give the increased money to the farmers in a phased manner.

Meanwhile, Govind Singh Dotasara said, it is question hour, answer the question. Since when are you doing this Modiji, Bhajanlalji? Who is removing you from the post of minister, answer.

Heartened debate between minister and Bohra

During the question hour in the assembly, there was a heated argument between Congress MLA Rohita Bohra and UDH Minister Jhabarsingh Kharra on the question related to the lease and land allotment policy issued in the Administration Cities Sang Abhiyan.

UDH Minister Kharra said that 5241 leases have been issued in Dholpur in the campaign. Many misdeeds have happened in Dholpur in five years. About 31 lakh rupees were withdrawn from the bank, but no work was done in the department. There have been irregularities in the urban body in Dholpur in five years.

On the minister's reply, Rohit Behara said that the minister is threatening. We will not threaten you. You are not answering the question that has been asked. You got angry when I asked the question.

You tell me through which policy the present and the previous government allotted the land. On this, the minister showed the list and said that you take it, this is the list of the entire five years. On this, Behara said that I do not want the list, I will take the list from the table of the House, you answer.

The UDH minister said that the Cabinet Empowered Committee has made the allotment, now its review is going on, whatever would be wrong, the decision of land allotment was taken in the meeting, further decision will be taken according to that.

Congress MLA said- Minister is misleading the House

Congress MLA Manish Yadav said that there was no announcement of giving in a phased manner, it was announced to give 12 thousand rupees to the farmers, you tell clearly when will the increased money be given. The minister is misleading the House.

The minister said that the farmers will be given Samman Nidhi, Congress did not waive the loans of the farmers.

Dak said that 65 lakh farmers have been given Samman Nidhi in the Chief Minister's Samman Nidhi. The Congress government deceived the farmers. By talking of loan waiver in 10 days, the loan was not waived in the entire five years. We will fulfill the announcement that we have made. We will not back down.

Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie said that it was announced to give increased money every year. Now this year has passed, till now the full amount of the increased Kisan Samman Nidhi has not been given. The whole year has passed, when will the money be given. On this, the minister said that the government will fulfill the announcement.
