Both started bidding and the bid amount reached more than Rs 999 crore.

Excise officer of Dausa district, Anil Kumar Jain said that during this period the first bidder Karan Singh Gurjar made a bid of Rs 999 crore 99 lakh 95 thousand 216. The second bidder was Naval Kishore Meena. Naval Kishore also bid for about Rs 999 crore 99 lakh 90 thousand 216. 1000 thousand crore or beyond, the computer stopped taking the amount. Otherwise, both rivals would still continue their bid.

According to the Excise Department, Karan Singh Gurjar and Naval Kishore Meena have raised bids to over Rs 999 crore. Now Karan Gurjar and then Naval Meena will be given a chance to take the contract. If liquor is contracted by bidders, fine. Otherwise both the bidders will be blacklisted for 3 years. After that both the bidders will not be able to participate in the bids of Excise Department Shop and Beer Bar.Along with this, the deposit amount deposited on their behalf will be forfeited to two lakh rupees and 60 thousand application fee. It is being told that both the rivals made this bid for the battle of the nose and during this time they raised it to more than 999 crores.

Let us tell you that the minimum reserve price of this shop was 1 crore 84 lakh 65 thousand 216 rupees. It reached more than 999 crores through bidding. The bid was placed in the fifth phase on April 10 from 11 am to 4 pm. During the bid, at least 5 thousand and maximum 5 percent of the maximum bid amount could be increased at one time.

It is worth mentioning that a similar case has already come up in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. There too, the bid of a contract was reached by two rivals in crores. Last month, the bid for a liquor shop in Khuiyan village of Nohar tehsil of Hanumangarh district was 5 billion 10 crore 10 lakh 15 thousand 400 rupees. While the Excise Department had kept the reserve price of this shop at Rs 72 lakh.
