State BJP leaders and workers on Thursday sealed liquor shops at 14 different places in their 14 districts, protesting against the excise policy of the Delhi government. During this, BJP leaders and workers also burnt an effigy of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He took the action of sealing, accusing them of opening these shops illegally.During the closure of liquor shop in Patel Nagar, State BJP President Adesh Gupta said that domestic violence has increased due to the opening of liquor shops in Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is directly responsible for this. Due to this, BJP workers including women, youth, RWAs, market associations and social organizations are opposing the opening of liquor shops and closing them.He said that the BJP will not allow the Chief Minister's intention to make Delhi a liquor city by collaborating with the liquor mafia.
