Rajasthan News: Today, BJP organized a big protest in Jaipur against the state government. Along with the meeting at the state BJP office, the leaders and workers of the party marched to lay siege to the secretariat. Police chased away BJP workers at Statue Circle using water cannon. At the same time, several leaders including Deputy Leader of Opposition Satish Poonia clashed with the police. Some workers were injured in the scuffle with the police. State President CP Joshi, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore, Deputy Leader of Opposition Satish Poonia, MP Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, MP Sumedhanand and many big BJP leaders courted arrest in the demonstration.Before the secretariat gherao, a meeting was organized outside the state BJP office. PM Narendra Modi also supported BJP's 'Chalo Jaipur' slogan.
