Bus full of passengers overturned due to overtaking, three killed, 30 injured

A bus carrying passengers from Delhi to Siddharthnagar overturned on Tuesday morning near Mumtaz Nagar in Cantt Kotwali area of ​​Ayodhya.

Three passengers on board the bus died in the accident, while around 30 passengers were injured. The injured were taken to the district hospital in several ambulances, where they are undergoing treatment.

The bodies of the dead have been kept in the mortuary and the relatives have been informed. The accident is being told in the affair of overtaking a vehicle on the Ayodhya-Lucknow highway.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced financial assistance of Rs.2 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased.
