Rajasthan News: A serious case has been registered in Kotwali police station of Udaipurwati area of Rajasthan, in which 12 people including former minister Rajendra Singh Gudha have been accused of threatening to kill and vandalizing the mine leaseholder, his son and employees. The incident took place on December 6, when Shyam Singh Katewa lodged a report, in which he alleged that these persons together put illegal pressure in a mining area and threatened life and property.According to the report, the accused broke the wall and barbed wire fencing of Shyam Singh's mine and also put soil in the mining machines. Apart from this, there are also allegations of setting fire to diesel drums and pelting stones. Katewa told that the accused demanded a fixed amount from him every month, and threatened to close the mine if not given. Along with this, there are also allegations of looting money from his property and getting involved in other anti-social activities.According to Kotwali Thanadhikari Pawan Kumar Choubey, former minister Rajendra Singh Gudha along with Ibrahim, Imtiyaz Tagala, Khadim Tagala, Aslam Mirza, Akram Chejara, Yunus Master, Dr. Javed, Azam Rathore, Amin Master, Sonu Buhana, Iqbal Jajodia and 500-1000 others have been named in the case.The case is important from political and legal point of view, as the accused named in it also include the name of a former minister, who holds an important position in the society. The investigation of the case is underway, and police officials have started searching for the accused.The incident has again raised questions on the political and illegal activities in the mining sector of Rajasthan. It also indicates that the situation of crimes and pressure in mining related matters is becoming serious in the state.
