CBSE 12th Exam 2021: CBSE 12th board exams have been cancelled. This decision was taken in an important meeting chaired by PM Modi on Tuesday evening. After the uncertain atmosphere of the Corona epidemic and the opinions of various stakeholders, it was decided that Class 12 board exams would not be conducted this year.On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi said, "The government has decided to cancel the CBSE class 12 board examinations. After extensive deliberations, we have taken this decision keeping in mind the interest of the students. We will get a bright future as well. "CBSE will now take steps to prepare the results of class 12th students. This will happen within a time-frame through a transparent, alternative process.The government informed that like last year, if some students aspire to take the examination, such option will be provided to them by CBSE if the situation is favourable.With this decision of the government, about 12 lakh students going to appear for CBSE class 12 examination and 4 lakh students of ICSCE will get a big relief. That is, this year about 16 lakh students of class 12th will be able to pass without giving exams.Expressing happiness over the cancellation of the 12th board exams, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that I am happy that the exams of class 12 have been canceled. We were very concerned about the health of our children. This is a great relief. At the same time, Delhi's Deputy CM and Education Minister of the National Capital Manish Sisodia said, "We welcome the verdict." This decision is in the interest of the students and teachers. We also made the same demand. Students should get marks on earlier performance.In the meeting, he was informed about the suggestions received from various states and stakeholders and various options emerging out of extensive deliberations. Union Ministers Amit Shah, Prakash Javadekar, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Nirmala Sitharaman were present in the meeting held through video conferencing. Apart from this, many senior officials of the Union Education Ministry also participated in it.
