New Delhi. To avoid the third wave of corona in the capital, the government has implemented a graded response system. Under this, the system of Yellow, Amber, Orand and Red Alert is being implemented. The government told that now the situation will be more clear about when the lockdown will be imposed in Delhi or when it will open. In view of the infection rate of Corona, the government will take action on the basis of color-code. That is, if the infection rate in Delhi exceeds 0.5 percent or the number of infected crosses 1500 or the number of patients on oxygen beds crosses 500, then a yellow alert will be issued. Gyms and theaters will be closed. After this, if the orange-alert is issued, then the lockdown will be imposed. In view of the possible third wave of corona virus infection, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has created this system on Friday. The decision was taken after a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Friday. CM Arvind Kejriwal was also present in this meeting. CM Kejriwal tweeted after the meeting and said, 'Graded Response Action Plan' was passed in the DDMA meeting today. There will be no doubt about when the lockdown will take place and when it will open. That is, the infection rate will exceed one percent or the number of new patients will cross 3500 or the number of patients on oxygen beds will reach 700. During the Amber Alert, the same precautions will be taken as in the Yellow Alert, only the number of passengers in the Metro will be reduced to 33 percent of the seat capacity. Apart from this, the number of passengers in auto rickshaw, e-rickshaw and cab will be only two, officials said.Orange alert at number three will be issued only when the infection rate crosses two percent, or the number of new corona infected in Delhi will reach 9000. With this, the number of patients on oxygen beds will reach 1000. After this, a red alert will be issued when the infection rate is five percent or the number of new infected reaches 16,000 or the number of patients on oxygen beds reaches 3000.At the same time, yesterday it was reported that the second wave of corona in Delhi is now almost coming to an end.
