According to sources, in response to the 'white paper' brought by the Central Government against the 10 years of the UPA government, Congress will bring a black paper on the 10 years of the Modi government. This black paper can be brought by Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.The budget session was postponed to 10 FebruaryEarlier, the current budget session of Parliament was extended by one day till February 10. Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla announced this yesterday.
