Sachin Pilot announced during a meeting held in Delhi that if Congress comes to power, 'Yuva Udaan Yojana' will be started to encourage educated unemployed youth. Under this scheme, the youth will be given financial assistance of Rs 8,500 every month for one year. Also, they will get a chance to do one year apprenticeship. Pilot said, "The youth of Delhi should not have any kind of doubt. Congress party is fighting the elections with full strength and we will fulfill our promises."

Delhi Congress had recently announced 'Pyari Didi Yojana' for women. Under this scheme, women will be given financial help of Rs 2,500 every month and health insurance up to Rs 25 lakh. Devendra Yadav said that Congress' focus is only on development and employment. He said, "The aim of our government is to make the youth self-reliant. We are taking initiatives to provide employment, away from the politics of Rajmahal and Sheesh Mahal."

Congress's sharp attack on Aam Aadmi Party

Devendra Yadav made serious allegations of corruption against the AAP government and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He said, "Tihar Jail is calling, Kejriwal will come again. It is written on the walls of Tihar Jail that Kejriwal will come again." He alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party government has given Delhi a model of corruption and not a model of development.

Yadav said that the kind of development that happened during Sheila Dikshit's rule in Delhi is not seen now. He said, "Congress had dreamt of making Delhi a world class city and to a large extent it had fulfilled it. But today only politics is happening here."
