IND vs BAN: The first match of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh is being played in Chennai. India's first innings

The first innings of the Indian team has ended at 376 runs. Team India started playing today i.e. Friday at 339 runs for six wickets and lost the remaining four wickets in scoring 37 runs. The Indian team was reduced to one hour of play on Friday. India got the first blow of the second day in the form of Ravindra Jadeja. Taskin Ahmed got him caught by wicketkeeper Liton Das. Bumrah became the victim of Hasan Mahmud after scoring seven runs. Hasan took four wickets on Thursday and with Bumrah's wicket, he completed a five-wicket haul. He has taken two five-wicket hauls in two consecutive Tests. He is the first Bangladesh bowler to take a five-wicket haul in a Test against India in India. Apart from this, Taskin took three wickets. Nahid Rana and Mehdi Hasan Miraz got one wicket each.
