Gyanvapi Verdict - Decision on Gyanvapi survey after 2 pm know whether the court commissioner will move or not
The local court will pronounce its verdict after 2 pm today in the matters related to the request for videography and survey to be conducted inside the Gyanvapi campus in Varanasi and to replace the Advocate Commissioner appointed for it. Let us inform that after the completion of the hearing on Wednesday in the court regarding the Gyanvapi Masjid case, the court had reserved the decision. In this case, the debate was going on for 3 days on behalf of the respondent Anjuman Arrangements Masajid Committee, demanding the removal of Advocate Commissioner AK Mishra.

Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) will pronounce the verdict

Hindu side's lawyer Shivam Gaur told reporters after hearing the case on Wednesday that in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar, two basements located 'inside the barricading' in the Gyanvapi complex were opened for videography and to replace the Advocate Commissioner. Both the sides put forth their arguments regarding this. At the same time, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Mishra had also presented his side.

Honest work done: AK Mishra

On the other hand, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, appointed by the court in Shringar Gauri case, said, 'He has worked in this matter with complete honesty and integrity. In such cases, people's objections keep coming, which is the job of the court to resolve. No such work was done there, which would have violated any order of the court.

Argument of the plaintiff: The situation will be clear from the survey itself

In the court, advocate Sudhir Kumar Tripathi, appearing for the plaintiff, said that the court has asked to know the status of the Deities. Where are the Deities, it will be clear after the completion of the commission proceedings. Plaintiff Rakhi Singh's advocate Shivam Gaur and opposition Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust's advocate Anoop Dwivedi also said that the opposition is unnecessarily dragging the arguments. Therefore, their application should not be considered.

Violation of Places of Worship Act

Opposition advocate Abhaynath Yadav, during the cross-examination, said that entering inside the mosque premises is a violation of the Places of Worship Act, 1991. Also, the court commissioner, on which Araji number 9130 is talking about the basement, was neither fixed nor fixed before the survey. Therefore, entry into the mosque is prohibited. The opposition advocate raised the question that if the upper part of the temple has been demolished and the dome has been made, then has any application been made in the court considering the dome as encroachment or for action against illegal occupation?

DGC said, different responsibilities in Gyanvapi

District Government Advocate (DGC) Civil Mahendra Prasad Pandey rejected the plaintiff's allegation that the district administration was told not to help in the proceedings. The DGC apprised the court that after the formation of the police commissionerate, the responsibilities have been divided. The responsibility of maintaining the Gyanvapi complex rests with the Anjuman Insanjariya Masajid Committee. The responsibility of the lock and key there is also of the committee. The security inside the campus is in the hands of CRPF. Then the judge asked whether the CRPF did not follow the orders of the district administration. The DGC said that the administration and the government are bound to follow all the orders of the court. He urged the court to issue separate orders for each.

Survey started on May 6

The court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar, after hearing both the sides, appointed Ajay Kumar Mishra as Advocate Commissioner on April 26 of last month, doing videography and survey of the Gyanvapi campus and its report on May 10. was ordered to be handed over. At the same time, Advocate Commissioner Mishra had fixed May 6 as the day for videography and survey. In such a situation, the Muslim side accused the court-appointed Advocate Commissioner of acting in a biased manner, accusing him of trying to get videography done inside the Gyanvapi mosque without orders.
