He said, "We believe that it is wrong to impose majority dominance or misrule under the guise of elections. We want to ensure that this does not happen in the future. For this, the election system and other government departments will be reformed." He also added that reforms in the police, public administration, judiciary and anti-corruption commission are very important for free and fair elections.Emphasis on media and freedom of expressionYunus also shared his views on media and freedom of expression. He said, “Freedom of press and freedom of expression have already been ensured. We want everyone to criticize openly and respect different views.”Improving relations with neighbouring countriesYunus expressed his desire to maintain good relations with India and other neighbouring countries. He said that these relations should be based on fairness and equality.
