Ex Agniveer Reservation: The central government has reserved 10 percent posts in CAPF recruitments for former Agniveers. The Director General said that they (former Agniveers) will be given 10% reservation in appointment to the post of constable and relaxation in age limit and physical efficiency test.Relaxation in RPF tooAt the same time, in another tweet, the Home Ministry said that former Agniveers will also be given concession in RPF. The Home Ministry wrote that the RPF is fully prepared to include former Agniveers in the force with age relaxation and exemption from PET. The Director General said that this decision will prove to be very helpful in strengthening the security forces.Reservation in SSB tooThe SSB has decided to give relaxation in age and physical efficiency test for appointment of ex-Agniveers in the force by changing the recruitment rules. The Director General of SSB said that this decision will provide livelihood to lakhs of ex-Agniveers and trained manpower to the forces.
