However, earlier CCTV footage had surfaced in which the killer was wearing a mask. The deceased's husband Chandan Singh had identified the accused as Shakti Singh, a resident of Bihar. On the basis of the number of the scooty used in the murder, the police reached the office of scooty rental Udaipur Rental at Kamal Complex in Surajpol area.Neha was engaged, the young man was upset due to the breakdownHere the Delhi address was written on the driving license and Aadhar card given by the accused. When the police team reached the address, it came to light that the address is wrong. The police suspect that the accused had prepared forged documents before committing this incident. Chandan, the husband of the deceased woman, had told that Shakti was engaged to Neha. But later the family members called off the engagement. A year later, Chandan got married to Neha. Since then the accused was threatening to shoot her.
