Chaitra Navratra is starting from tomorrow. In Navratri, various forms of Mother Goddess of Shakti are worshiped. Deshnok Karni Mata Temple, famous as the Goddess with rats, attracts a large crowd of devotees during the Navratra.The district administration has become fully alert about Chaitra Navratra starting on Tuesday. In view of the large number of devotees coming to Navratri, the doors of Deshnok Karni Mata temple will remain closed throughout Navratri. The temple will be completely closed from 13 April to 21 April. But during this period priests and people of the temple premises will be allowed to stay in the temple so that the aarti and puja of the mother will be duly carried out.Devotees from far and wide reach the temple to visit Karni Mata in Navratri. In such a situation, it is very difficult to handle such a crowd. Therefore, the district administration and the temple representatives' public representatives met in the district collectorate. Meanwhile, District Collector Namit Mehta apprised the office bearers of the temple about the rising outbreak of Corona, and said that the temple should be closed in Navratra. After that, the temple practice has decided to close the temple till the 21st.
An online darshan of Maa Karani has been arranged so that the devotees do not have any kind of trouble. Along with this, an LED will also be installed outside the temple. In this, devotees will be able to perform the complete aarti and darshan of the mother from outside the temple. Earlier last year, Deshnok Karni Mata temple was closed due to the increasing influence of Corona. This decision has been taken on behalf of the temple once again due to the increasing outbreak of Corona. Thousands of rats are present in this temple. They roam the temple premises throughout the day even in the presence of devotees.
It is noteworthy that the doors of the famous temple of mother Kailadevi of North India located in Karauli district have also been closed recently. Visions at the famous Kaila Mata temple have also been banned till further orders. The entry of devotees into the temple was stopped after Mangala Aarti on Thursday morning. The famous Chaitra Lakkhi fair of Kaila Mata was also to be started from last Thursday. It was also canceled by the district administration in the past due to the increasing infection of Corona.
