This is the health policy of the state government. At the time of announcement of the scheme, the limit of free treatment was Rs 5 lakh, which was later increased to Rs 25 lakh. Now the government has announced in the manifesto to increase this amount to Rs 50 lakh. The special thing is that under this policy, OPD is completely free in all the government hospitals of Rajasthan. However, this policy has to be renewed every year. Under the scheme, treatment of serious diseases like black fungus, heart surgery, transplant can also be done.
