Gyanvapi Case: Today the Allahabad High Court has given a big decision on the petition of Muslim post against the ASI survey of Gyanvapi Mosque of Varanasi. The High Court has said that there will be an ASI survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. The court said that this work will have to be completed by 31 July. Along with this decision of the High Court, the argument of the Muslim side has been rejected. The Allahabad High Court has emphasized that the survey work should be done without causing any damage to the structure. During the hearing, the High Court asked the ASI how much work has been done for which survey. On this, the ASI said that they can try to complete the survey work by 31 July.During the hearing, the CJ asked whether the survey had anything to do with the sealed area ie Vajukhana. On this, Vishnu Jain, the lawyer for the Hindu side, said, no work of any kind will be done in the sealed area. On this, Naqvi, the lawyer for the Muslim side, said, Wajukhana is a part of the property, so if the survey is done in such a way, that area can also be harmed. On this, the CJ said that there is no such mention in the order of the Varanasi court that the survey can cause any kind of damage to Vajukhana.
