Hotel manager arrested in honeytrap case, three accused including woman have already been sent to jail

The police has arrested the manager of Oyo Hotel for demanding Rs 15 lakh by implicating a Delhi Jal Board official in a honeytrap. Earlier, the Beta-2 police station had sent three accused including the woman to jail. The manager's involvement has been found in the interrogation and investigation of the accused. The accused did not even enter in the register etc.

Beta-2 station in-charge Anil Kumar Rajput said that Akash, a resident of Baghpat, has been arrested. In Akash's hotel, the accused woman and her accomplices had made an obscene video of a Delhi Jal Board official. After this the accused started extorting money by blackmailing them.

It is alleged that after the victim repeatedly refused to give money, the accused had complained to the top officials about the rape of the woman. After investigation, the whole matter came to light. Now the police is looking for other accused involved in the case. Gang leader Devendra Chaudhary is still absconding.
