AAP chief Kejriwal also gave a statement

During a public rally in Chhattisgarh, Delhi Chief Minister and AAP's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal indicated that he would not compromise on seats in the five poll-bound states and the Lok Sabha elections. At the same time, after this, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has also said similar things regarding the Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh. Akhilesh Yadav said that in the last Lok Sabha elections, the seats on which his party was number one and two, this time also he will contest there.

During a public meeting in Firozabad, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Where we were at number 1 and 2 in UP, we will fight this time as well. Last time SP was at number 2 in many seats. This time on the number 2 seat." We will also field our candidates. He said that there is no discussion about seat sharing in the I.N.D.I.A. alliance.
