India excels in horse riding - won gold medal after 41 years

Anush Agarwala, Hriday Vipul Cheda, Sudipti Hejla and Divyakirti Singh did wonders for India.

Anush Aggarwala, Hridaya Vipul Cheda, Sudipti Hejla and Divyakirti Singh performed brilliantly for India. In the dressage event, the Indian pair scored 209.205 points and stood first. With this, India has won the gold medal in this event after the Asian Games 1982. No Indian was expected to win a medal in this event, but the players have created history by winning the gold medal with their hard work.

India won third gold

This is India's third gold medal in the Asian Games 2023. India has won gold medals in shooting, women's cricket team and horse riding dressage events. India has won 15 gold medals so far in the Asian Games 2023. Today, before horse riding, India had won two medals in sailing. Neha Thakur has won silver medal and Ibad Ali has won bronze medal in sailing for India. Indian players are performing very well in the Asian Games 2023.

Today in the Asian Games 2023, the Indian hockey team defeated Singapore 16-1. India has won this second consecutive match in the group stage. Earlier, India had defeated Uzbekistan. Whereas, in shooting, Divyansh Singh Panwar and Ramita lost to Korea (18-20) in the bronze medal match of 10 meter air rifle mixed event and stood fourth.
