Vikram-Pragyan slept on 4th SeptemberOne day on the Moon is equal to 14 days on Earth. On August 23, Chandrayaan-3's lander Vikram made a successful landing on the South Pole of the Moon. Since then, for about 11 days, the rover provided ISRO with many important information about minerals, seismic activities and plasma from the lunar surface. This mission was designed for 7 September. However, ISRO had switched off Vikram and Lander 3 days ago, so that the batteries remain in it and after 14 days of night, when dawn comes again on the moon, they can be activated again. ISRO made the same attempt on Friday which failed.it's morning on the moonIt is morning on the Moon on 20-21 September, the temperature here reaches -238 degrees Celsius at night, that is why ISRO was waiting for two days despite it being morning on the Moon, so that Vikram Lander and Pragyan Rover can land on the Moon. Batteries should be charged by the installed solar panel. That is why ISRO had fixed Friday as the day to send signals to both these modules of Chandrayaan-3. On Friday, ISRO scientists made several attempts to contact Vikram and Pragyan Rover, which were unsuccessful. However, ISRO has informed by tweeting that scientists are making efforts and a miracle may happen soon.Chandrayaan-3 Mission:
