Jaipal Bhullar Jaspreet Kharar Punjab based wanted criminals Shot Dead in Encounter

Kolkata: In the joint operation of Kolkata Police and Punjab Police in West Bengal, the most wanted accused were killed in an encounter. The accused have been identified as Jaipal Bhullar and Jassi Kharar. According to the information, both of them are also accused of killing two police officers of Punjab Police.

10 lakhs and 5 lakhs was the reward

A team of STF raided a residential complex in New Town, during which two most wanted criminals of Punjab got into an encounter. Bidhan Nagar CP, ADG STF, IG STF also reached the spot. An STF officer is also reported to have been injured in the encounter. Jaipal Bhullar as a reward of Rs. 10 lakh and Jassi Kharar had a reward of Rs 5 lakh.

Both of them were involved in 31 A listed gangsters of Punjab. They were involved in drug smuggling from Pakistan. Four pistols have been recovered from the miscreants from the encounter site. Manjit Singh alias Jaipal Bhullar was the son of retired Punjab Police Sub Inspector Bhupinder Singh Bhullar. He was also the national player of Hammer Throw. There are more than 40 cases registered against Jaipal Bhullar. He has been involved in several bank robberies in Punjab and Rajasthan. Gangster Sukha was also involved in the murder of Kahlon.
