Bus fell into Marsyangdi riverA bus with Indian number plate fell into Marsyangdi river near Anvukhaireni in Nepal. The number of the bus is UP 53 FT 7623. So far, the bodies of 14 passengers have been recovered while 16 passengers are injured. Nepal Army is engaged in relief and rescue along with the local police.Nepal Police confirmed the accident and said that an Indian passenger bus carrying 40 people has fallen into Marsyangdi river in Tanahun district. DSP Deepkumar Raya of District Police Office Tanahun said, "The bus with UP FT 7623 number plate fell into the river and is lying on the river bank."According to the officer, the bus was going from Pokhara to the capital Kathmandu. It is being told that this accident happened today on Friday at around 11.30 am. The accident occurred when the bus fell into the Marsyangadi river from Aina Pahara in Anvukhaireni.Rescue operation has been started after the accident. Efforts are being made to rescue the accident victims from the river.
