Bus Accident: A major road accident took place in Nepal's Tanahun district on Friday. An Indian bus with UP number (UP 53 FT 7623) going from Gorakhpur to Kathmandu fell into the Marsyangdi river. There were 41 passengers on the bus. 14 people died in the accident, while 17 passengers were injured. Relief and rescue operations are underway, but the operation is facing difficulties due to bad weather.

The bus belonged to Kesarwani Travels and was going from Pokhara to Kathmandu. The accident occurred at 11:30 am when the bus was passing through Aina Pahara of Anvukhaireni. Nepal Police and Army are engaged in relief work at the spot. 14 bodies have been recovered from the spot, while the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.

This accident has created a stir in the area, and detailed information about the passengers of the bus is being collected. The causes of the accident are being investigated by Nepal Police and the local administration.

Bus fell into Marsyangdi river

A bus with Indian number plate fell into Marsyangdi river near Anvukhaireni in Nepal. The number of the bus is UP 53 FT 7623. So far, the bodies of 14 passengers have been recovered while 16 passengers are injured. Nepal Army is engaged in relief and rescue along with the local police.

Nepal Police confirmed the accident and said that an Indian passenger bus carrying 40 people has fallen into Marsyangdi river in Tanahun district. DSP Deepkumar Raya of District Police Office Tanahun said, "The bus with UP FT 7623 number plate fell into the river and is lying on the river bank."

According to the officer, the bus was going from Pokhara to the capital Kathmandu. It is being told that this accident happened today on Friday at around 11.30 am. The accident occurred when the bus fell into the Marsyangadi river from Aina Pahara in Anvukhaireni.

Rescue operation has been started after the accident. Efforts are being made to rescue the accident victims from the river. Armed Police Force spokesperson Kumar Neupane has confirmed, "14 bodies have been recovered from the spot."
