During this, Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur, Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar and Health Minister Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya told about the decisions of the government cabinet in front of the press. During this, Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced the Emergency Health Package. He said that an amount of Rs 23100 crore would be helpful in dealing with the third wave of Corona. At the same time, the Agriculture Minister present in the press conference appealed to the protesting farmers to adopt the path of dialogue. He said that the mandis would not end but they would be strengthened further. One lakh crore will reach the farmers through the mandi.

Agricultural markets will not end

During the press conference, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar also appealed to the protesting farmers. He said that the mandis would not end, the mandis would be further strengthened. At the same time, he said that APMC will use funds of one lakh crore rupees. He said that the government has given a loan of two crores for the Kisan Infrastructure Fund. The Agriculture Minister said that the Coconut Development Board came into existence in 1981. Said that the Act of the Board will be improved. In this the chairman will be non-official. There will be CEO for executive power. There will be six nominated by the central government. Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat will also be its members.

Special package to deal with third wave

During this, Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that the corona package issued during the first wave has been fully utilized. He said that more than four lakh oxygen supported beds have been made from the Corona package itself. Along with this, 10111 Dedicated Kovid Care Center has also been established with this fund. He informed about the health facilities preparedness plan for the next nine months. Also said that this is the maximum time duration, we will try to have an action plan on it in the next two to three months.

23100 crores it will be

For the third wave of Corona, the Health Minister announced a package of 23 thousand, 100 crores. Said that this fund will be used jointly by the central and state governments. The Health Minister said that with this fund, 2 lakh 44 thousand beds will be made in CHC PHC of every state. Along with this, this fund will also be used to build an open hospital of five thousand and 2500 beds. He said that 20 thousand new ICU beds will also be built so that Corona does not have to suffer further. The Health Minister said that the problem of oxygen supply was seen during the second wave of Corona. Therefore, now 10 thousand liters of oxygen storage will be arranged in every district. Along with this, there is also a plan to stock medicines at the district level. Provision has also been made to set up pediatric units in 736 districts. He said that if there is a need for medical personnel, then from this July to next March, the services of all medical students will be able to be taken by the state governments.
