Parliament Session: The monsoon session of Parliament is starting from today. Economic Survey will be presented today before the general budget. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey in Parliament at 2:30 pm. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will review the work of one year and will tell the plan ahead. At the same time, she will present the general budget tomorrow. Finance Minister Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for a record seventh time tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday. During the monsoon session of Parliament, many bills including the Economic Survey and the General Budget will be introduced. Along with this, the INDIA alliance has made a strategy to corner the government on issues like NEET paper leak case and railway security in the session. Due to this, the session is expected to be tumultuous. The monsoon session of Parliament will run from 22 July to 12 August. During this time 19 meetings will be held. All-party meeting held before monsoon sessionAn all-party meeting was held in the Parliament House on Sunday before the monsoon session and budget of Parliament. The meeting was chaired by Rajnath Singh. 44 parties including BJP participated in the meeting. In the meeting, Congress demanded the post of Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha. At the same time, JDU, BJD and YSR Congress demanded special status. At the same time, SP and AIMIM raised the issue of installing name plates on the shops of UP Kanwar Yatra route. Mamata Banerjee's party TMC did not attend the all-party meeting.
First budget of the third term of Modi governmentThis is the first budget of the third term of the Modi government.
