Baba Surajpal appeared 4 days after the accident

Baba Surajpal was missing since the Hathras accident. He has appeared for the first time four days after the horrific incident. However, about 30 hours after the accident, a written statement of Baba came out, in which he expressed grief for the dead and wished the injured a speedy recovery. In his written message released on Thursday, Baba Surajpal had said that some chaotic elements caused this stampede, due to which such a big accident happened.

The Hathras incident shook the whole country

This heart-wrenching incident of Hathras shook the whole country. The matter has gone to the Supreme Court. Baba Surajpal had hired Supreme Court senior advocate AP Singh to look after the functioning of the court. This is the same AP Singh who fought the case of the accused in the Nirbhaya case, Seema Haider, and the accused in the 2020 Hathras case. On the other hand, the main accused in the incident, Dev Prakash Madhukar, has been arrested.
