Share Market News: If you also earn profits by investing in the stock market, this news could be important for you. In the third week of April, the Indian stock market will be open for trading on only three days. This means investors will need to plan their trades within a limited window, and increased market volatility is expected during this period.

Stock Market Holidays: Both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain closed on two occasions next week:

  • April 14 (Monday): Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Jayanti

  • April 18 (Friday): Good Friday

As a result, trading will only take place on April 15, 16, and 17 (Tuesday to Thursday). On these days, the equity, derivatives, currency market, Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB), and Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segments will remain operational.

Important Advice for Investors: Market experts believe that due to the limited trading sessions, volatility may increase. Hence, investors should remain cautious while planning their trading strategies.
Tips:

  • Make smaller trades to reduce risk

  • Keep an eye on market news and global cues

  • Use technical analysis and apply stop-loss
