The plant which supplies electricity to Delhi has only one day's stock left, there is no coal at all.The Energy Minister also said that the capital is dependent on power plants operated by the Centre, which supply electricity as per the demand. He also said that after two days Delhi will be plunged into darkness. "After two days, there will be a blackout in the whole of Delhi, if we do not get more power supply from the Centre," he said.Let us tell you that there has been a huge shortage of coal in the thermal power plants of the country. Coal supplies power to 135 plants in the country, from which 70 per cent of the electricity is generated. News agency Reuters had told on Friday that there is less than three days of stock left in these plants. There is also a serious crisis in states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Odisha.
