New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is inaugurating big projects these days and giving big gifts to the states, due to this, a few days ago, people welcomed the projects for the people of Bihar, now after Bihar, now Diwali to the people of Uttarakhand Going to give a big gift before. The Prime Minister will inaugurate 6 mega projects under the Namami Gange Mission on Tuesday. These include sewage treatment plants. PM Modi will also inaugurate a museum dedicated to Ganga during the program. The museum is located on the Chandni Ghat on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar.
The PM himself tweeted and said - Tomorrow is a very important day for Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, constantly moving on the path of development. Six major projects of several cities including Haridwar, Rishikesh and Badrinath will be inaugurated under Namami Gange Mission through video conferencing at 11 am.
1- 68 megaliators costing Rs 230.32 crore and 27 MLD STPs costing Rs 19.64 crore have been built at Jagjitpur, Haridwar in Uttarakhand.
2- 18 MLD STP costing Rs. 12.99 crore has been completed at Sarai, Haridwar.
3- 7.50 MLD STP at Chandreshwar Nagar, Rishikesh at a cost of 41.12 crores.
4- 26 MLD STP at Lakkadghat, Rishikesh at a cost of Rs 158 crores.
5- An MLD treatment plant at Badrinath worth Rs 18.23 crore.
6- A 5-megilitar treatment plant has been set up at Muni ki Reti, Tehri at a cost of Rs 39.32 crore.
