IND vs ENG | Amidst the news of Rohit Sharma's exclusion from the rescheduled Test match against England, Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid has given a big update about the availability of the India captain. Rohit Sharma's Kovid test on Wednesday morning has come positive and he is doing everything possible to get fit before the match.Dravid said before the fifth test, "So the update on Rohit is that our medical team is monitoring him, he is not out of the test match against England yet. Obviously, he has to be Covid negative to be a part of the team. We will keep monitoring him, it is still 36 hours. So he will have a test tonight and maybe tomorrow morning as well. We will see, it is really up to the medical team and the sports science team to decide on that. We will keep watch."Earlier, according to the report given by PTI, Rohit Sharma's Kovid test came positive on Wednesday, after which the Indian captain was thrown out of the Test match and Jasprit Bumrah was given the command of the team in his place.
