Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has made many big announcements in his budget. He has announced to implement the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme for employment in employment cities. From next year, 100 days of employment will be available in urban areas if demanded on the lines of MNREGA. 800 crore will be spent on this. Along with this, it has been announced to make 100 days of employment in MNREGA to 125 days. The state government will bear the expenditure. 700 crores will be spent.
Jaipur Metro will expandPhase 1 of Metro will be extended from Badi Chaupar to Transport Nagar and from Mansarovar to 200 feet bypass. At the same time, the detail project report of Phase-2 from Ababadi to Sitapura will be prepared. Along with this, a waste recycling park will also be built in Jaipur.
Along with this, the Rajasthan Guaranteed Service Delivery and Accountability Act will be brought for the timely work of the people in Rajasthan. Under this act, there will be a provision to get government services online.

Youth-Employment:
Nehru Youth Transit Hostel and Facilitation Center will be built at Udaipur House in Delhi at a cost of 300 crores for 500 youths. Youth preparing for competitive examinations in Delhi will be able to stay in this center.
Reet exam will be held in July 2022, old candidates will not have to pay fees. Free travel and facilities will be available as before.
Anti-cheating cell will be formed in SOG.
- Next year there will be recruitment on 1 lakh posts in government departments.
Chief Minister Work from Home Scheme will be implemented, under this 20 thousand women will be given employment sitting at home.
Announcement of formation of RISF on the lines of CISF. Under this, 2000 thousand security personnel will be recruited. They will be deployed in industrial areas like Ricoh.
Staff:
- All employees appointed on and after January 1, 2004, will get old pension instead of new pension.
Retired employees will now get pension instead of contribution pension as before.
From April 1, 2022, the salary of contractual workers will increase by 20 percent.
Lightning
- 50 units of free electricity. Rs 3 for all domestic consumers up to 150 units and Rs 2 for consumers of 150 to 300 units and above as per slab. 4000 crores will be spent on this.
Health
In Chiranjeevi health scheme, a cover of up to 10 lakhs will be available. Many serious diseases including cochlear implants also added. Collector Chiranjeevi of needy persons will be able to get benefits even without health card
In government hospitals, all types of treatment in outdoor and indoor are cashless, no money will be charged.
Announcement of Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Accident Insurance, accident cover up to 5 lakh will be available.
Nursing colleges will be opened in the remaining 18 districts next year, nursing colleges will be there in all the districts. 5 new departments, robotic surgery will start in SMS Hospital, Jaipur, 300 crores will be spent.
250 crore will be spent on new medical institutes in Ajmer, Jodhpur and Kota next year.
1000 sub-health centers will be opened, 100 new PHCs will be opened by upgrading 50 sub-health centers.
State Road Safety Institute will open at HCM Ripa, Jaipur. Road Safety Act will be brought.
Education :
- Announcement to upgrade 3800 secondary schools to senior secondary. 200 new primary schools will be opened in desert districts.
JLN Marg will become an education hub by merging the educational institutions of Jaipur. 250 crore will be spent. Poddar School will be part of Radhakrishna Library Education Hub.
Para Olympic medalists will also be given land and other facilities like Olympic medalists.
36 girls colleges will be opened in 19 districts.Industry:
- 383 square kilometer petrochemical investment region will be formed in Pachpadra, 1000 crore will be spent for its development.
Rajasthan Industrial Security Force (RISF) will be formed on the lines of CISF, there will be 2000 vacancies on this.
Social Sector:
100 crore EWS fund will be formed for the economically backward.Government will give smart phones to 1 crore 33 lakh women.Chief Minister Digital Service Scheme will be launched scheme. In this, women heads of 33 lakh Chiranjeevi families will be given smart phones with 3 years internet connectivity.Non-approved journalists will also now get the benefit of the Kovid package. 50 lakh package will be given on the death of non-approved journalists due to Kovid.
Infrastructure:
Roads will be repaired at a cost of Rs 10 crore in each assembly constituency. Roads will be repaired in MLA's area. 2000 crores will be spent.
- Satellite bus stations will be built on Ajmer Road, Delhi Road in Jaipur at a cost of 750 crores. Sindhi Camp Bus Stand will be developed as an interstate bus terminal.
Development authorities will be formed in Udaipur and Kota, UITs are present in both the cities, Udaipur Development Authority and Kota Development Authority will be formed.
- Increased the budget of Magra, Dang, Mewat Development Board from 10 crores to 25 crores.

Tourism:
1000 crore by raising funds for tourism development.
DPR will be ready for renovation of Khasa Kothi.
Integrated booking app and portal will be developed for tourists at a cost of 10 crores.
Bagad tourist circuit will be developed in Banswara region.
Law and order:
- 500 police mobile units will be formed, the cameras of Police Abhay Command will be increased to 30 thousand. By making CCTV mandatory at commercial centers, they will be connected to Abhay Command Center. Center for Cyber Security will open. Cyber police stations in every district
