Schools and colleges will be able to open only after the permission of the parents. In the initial phase, classes 10th and 12th will be started with 50 percent students of the capacity. At the same time, the same rule will be applicable for colleges and universities.All Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Medical, Engineering, Polytechnics in the state will be opened in a phased manner. Here the attendance of the students in the colleges will not be mandatory. But with the decision to open educational institutions in the state, it has been clearly stated in the decision of the cabinet that during this time the Kovid rules will have to be strictly followed. In rural areas where there is not a single case of Kovid, only those areas will be allowed to open schools with the consent of parents and village panchayats from August 2.
