Arvind Kejriwal News: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got a big setback from the Supreme Court. Since Kejriwal has been given the freedom to go to the trial court for regular bail. In such a situation, Kejriwal's application is not admissible. CM Kejriwal will now have to surrender on June 2.

Kejriwal got interim bail from Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta on May 10 and was asked to surrender in Tihar Jail on June 2. The bench had reserved the decision on May 17 on challenging the validity of his arrest by the ED in the PMLA case. On Tuesday, another bench of the Supreme Court also refused to hear Kejriwal's application and asked him to go to CJI DY Chandrachud.
