Maharashtra Politics: There have been many upheavals in the politics of Maharashtra in the last 2 years. The state is divided into two major parties. The government changed. Now the cases of breakup of both the parties are in the court. Recently, after the decision of the Assembly Speaker against the real Shiv Sena, both the factions of the party have reached the court. After Sipkar's decision, the Uddhav Thackeray group has reached the Supreme Court and filed a petition against the Speaker's decision. Whereas Eknath Shinde group has reached Bombay High Court. He has filed a petition regarding the suspension of the MLAs of the Uddhav group. The MLAs of the Thackeray group should be disqualified.Eknath Shinde faction MLA Bharat Gogawale filed a petition in the High Court when the Speaker's decision has proved that the Shinde faction is the real Shiv Sena, then the Thackeray faction MLAs should be disqualified. He also raised questions on the Speaker's decision and said why he has not said this in his order? The petition has demanded that if Shinde faction is the real Shiv Sena, then 14 MLAs of Uddhav Thackeray faction should be disqualified for not accepting the whip.Thackeray group has reached Supreme Court against the Speaker's decisionEarlier, Uddhav Thackeray had reached the Supreme Court against the decision of Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar. He has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Speaker's decision.
