When was Sisodia arrested?

Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on February 26, 2023 and the court took cognizance of the first charge sheet on December 15, 2022.

The accused against whom cognizance was taken in the charge sheet include Arun Ramchandra Pillai, Vijay Nair, Kuldeep Singh, Mutthu Gautam, Narendra Singh, Abhishek Boinpally and Sameer Mahendru.

The court had framed charges against these accused under Section 120B and Anti-Corruption Sections 7, 7A and 8.
