Delhi: An accused has done shocking about the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The accused has said that Musewala's murder could have happened only two days before May 29. Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Musewala, was shot dead by unidentified assailants on May 29 in Mansa district of Punjab.
Now sources in the Special Cell of Delhi Police have told India Today that Moosewala could have been killed only on May 27, two days before the murder. This claim was made by the main accused Priyavrat Fauji during the police interrogation. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested three people, including two shooters, in connection with the murder of Moosewala.The accused have been identified as Priyavrat alias Fauji (26), a resident of Sonipat in Haryana, Kashish (24) from Jhajjar district and Keshav Kumar (29), a resident of Bathinda in Punjab, officials said on Monday. Police said all three were arrested on June 19 from Kutch in Gujarat
According to the report, Priyavrat told in police interrogation that on May 27, Sidhu Musewala had left his house in the same vehicle. He said, “On May 27, Sidhu had left alone in the car, after which he was chased by shooters in Bolero and Corolla cars. Sidhu had left for court in connection with a case and the shooter's car started chasing his car but Musewala's car started speeding on the main highway instead of a village road and the shooter could not follow the car And the plan failed."Special commissioner in Delhi Police HGS Dhaliwal said that the accused had done reconnaissance of the area several times before the murder. He said the officers had raided several places to nab the accused. Dhaliwal told a press conference here that eight grenades, nine electric detonators, three pistols and one assault rifle have been recovered from the arrested accused.
The officer said that the accused had kept the grenades under an alternate scheme if the guns did not work but they did not use them. Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Musewala, was shot dead on 29 May by unidentified assailants in Mansa district of Punjab. Police said Priyavrat led a team of shooters and was in direct contact with Canada-based gangster Goldie Brar at the time of the incident. He is the main shooter of the murder and it was he who carried out it.
