Raising slogans, many MLAs and councilors reached close to the seat in the House.The process of administering the oath was stopped amid sloganeering by AAP councilors standing on other tables including the presiding officer's table. BJP councilors also gathered around the table. During this, there was a fierce verbal war between him and the AAP councillors.
