Irfan Solanki News: Irfan Solanki, 4-time Samajwadi Party MLA from Sisamau Assembly of Kanpur, has got a big setback from the court. The MP / MLA court has sentenced Irfan Solanki to 7 years in the case of arson of a woman's house. After this decision of the court, SP MLA Irfan Solanki has also lost his MLA post. Irfan Solanki has been found guilty of setting fire to a woman's hut on 8 November 2022 to grab a plot worth crores.Brother also sentencedSP MLA Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan and three other associates have been sentenced in this case. All of them were convicted earlier this month. Irfan Solanki was convicted under sections 436, 427, 147, 504, 506, 323 of the IPC. All the charges against Solanki in the arson case were proved in the court. After getting the punishment, the police has taken all the convicts including Irfan Solanki under tight security.What is the whole matter?SP MLA Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki and their associates were accused by Nazir Fatima, who lives in Defense Colony, Jajmau, of setting her house on fire. In the police report, Fatima alleged that her house caught fire on 7 November 2022. Her family and she had gone to a relative's wedding. In the middle of the wedding, when her son reached his house for some work, he saw that his house was on fire. Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki and their associates also beat up his son and tried to push him into the fire. When an FIR was registered against MLA Solanki regarding the matter, he absconded to avoid arrest.
