Their breakfast also includes items like avocado, boiled egg, peanut butter and blackberry jam. Tia's body gets 640 calories from the things included in the second breakfast.

Lunch- Even in lunch, Tia includes only some essential things in her diet. In the afternoon, she eats some tamarind with rajma, legumes, carrots and basmati rice. Tia says that all these things give her body about 950 calories and she gets a lot of energy from them.

Dinner- Many different sources of protein can be found in Tia's dinner plate. In dinner, she eats either red meat or white meat such as salmon fish. She likes to eat it with rice and green vegetables. Tia says that her dinner has more protein-rich items, while the day's plate is full of carbohydrates.

She takes about 598 calories in dinner. Tia consumes about 2900 calories daily on training days. This includes their food, snacks and supplements. Only by eating all these things, his body gets the strength to do strong training.
