Tihar Jail Superintendent Ajit Kumar suspended, case related to giving VIP treatment to Delhi government minister Satyendar Jain

Satyendra Jain Case: Big action has been taken in the matter related to giving VIP treatment to Delhi government minister Satyendra Jain. Superintendent of Tihar Jail Ajit Kumar Danix has been suspended. In the initial investigation, it has been found that he has committed such irregularities which require investigation. This information has been given by the Jail Department of Delhi Government.

Significantly, Satyendra Jain has been in jail since his arrest in May on charges of money laundering. Last week, BJP MP Parvesh Verma had accused Satyendra Jain of getting VIP treatment and raised the demand for his transfer from Tihar Jail. Verma had alleged that there was a time when the accused were scared after hearing the name of Tihar, but the ministers of the Kejriwal government are not afraid of jail, but Satyendra Jain is getting massages done there.

ED had said this in court

The ED had told a Delhi court that Satyendar Jain abused his powers in jail and was given freshly cut fruits and massages. In fact, the ED had arrested Satyendar Jain on the basis of an FIR registered through the CBI in 2017 under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Jain was arrested in May this year. Jain is facing money laundering charges. Apart from this, jailed thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar also accused Satyendra Jain that Jain extorted Rs 10 crore from him in 2019 in return for his security in jail.
