Bangladesh Violence: Hindus have come out on the streets across the country against the attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh. Hindus are protesting against fundamentalists in all the cities from Dhaka to Faridpur. Today, the head of the interim government Mohammad Yunus will meet the people of the Hindu community.

Hindus in Dhaka are protesting at the same Shahid Minar from where the student movement started earlier. It was from here that the demand for the resignation of Sheikh Hasina was raised. Now protests are being held here against Hindu violence. Thousands of Hindus have come out on the streets in other districts of Bangladesh as well.

Rein in the violence against Hindus

These people demand that the interim government of Bangladesh should rein in Hindu violence as soon as possible. On Monday, once again thousands of Hindus will protest in Shahabagh, Dhaka. During this, there will be a protest in front of the National Museum.

Meanwhile, in Bangladesh, strong protests are going on in Dhaka as well as Maiman Singh, Madaripur, Faridpur, Maulvibazar, Bogura, Sunamganj. People of the Hindu community have come out on the streets with their entire families at these places. They are making special demands from the interim government with placards and poster-banners in their hands.

Yunus has taken oath as the head of the interim government

Let us tell you that the head of the interim government of Bangladesh, Mohammad Yunus, was acquitted on Sunday in a corruption case registered by the Anti-Corruption Commission. Yunus has assumed office only three days ago. 84-year-old Yunus took oath as the head of the interim government on Thursday. Noor Jahan Begum is a member of the 16-member advisory council who will assist Yunus in running the affairs of the state.
