In village Mohbatpur in Mandi Adampur, two real sisters died due to burning under suspicious circumstances. After the incident, forensic science team reached the spot. An empty diesel bottle was found from the spot. After the accident, the father of the children is missing under suspicious circumstances. His phone is also said to be switched off.According to the information, Chhoturam, a resident of village Mohbatpur, does farming. His second brother Pawan and third brother live with his family in the house adjacent to him. Pawan's wife and Chhoturam's wife Shankutala are real sisters. Both of them had gone to their maternal home on Monday to participate in a religious program in village Mandhana of Hanumanamgarh district of Rajasthan. On Tuesday night, Chhoturam's three girls, 18-year-old Monika, 16-year-old Khushboo, 14-year-old Rinku and 12-year-old son Shubham, were sleeping on cots in the room inside the house.Chhoturam was sleeping in the verandah. A sudden fire broke out in the room at around 3 am on Wednesday. When Khushboo and Shubham raised an alarm, their uncle Pawan and Pawan's son Rahul came to rescue them from the nearby house. Monica and Rinku could not be saved as the fire spread rapidly. Both died of burns in the fire. Rahul told the police that Chhoturam was not in the house when he came to rescue the children. His mobile is also getting switched off. Police have found an empty diesel bottle from the spot.There was a power cut at the time of the accident...After getting information after the accident, the team of Electricity Corporation also reached the spot. Electricity corporation personnel told that there was power cut in Mohbatpur from 12.30 to 4.30 pm. Therefore, there is no possibility of fire due to short circuit. There was no gas cylinder inside the room.The bodies of the children have been sent for post-mortem. Efforts are on to ascertain the cause of the fire.
